Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms describe the personal use of Personal Rclone Drive Integration.
Personal use
The application is a personal utility used with rclone to access, synchronize, and back up files stored in the owner's Google Drive. It is provided for the owner's personal use, not as a public service. It does not provide accounts or access to third parties.
Rclone performs file operations on the systems where it is configured. This website only provides information and policies; it does not perform synchronization or handle Google Drive files or OAuth tokens.
User responsibilities
The user is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and checking their rclone configuration before running file operations. Synchronization and other file-management operations can overwrite or delete files.
The user is also responsible for protecting their OAuth credentials, tokens, rclone configuration, and local devices or servers.
Warranties and availability
The application is provided “as is” and without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. Uninterrupted operation and error-free synchronization are not guaranteed. The owner may discontinue the integration at any time.
Google's terms
Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and Google Drive Terms of Service.
Privacy and contact
See the Privacy Policy for how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and shared.
